Only issue. Their flat rate is a bit high for my liking. The amount of work V.S. the minimum flat rate could be better.

Other than, I am very happy that I have 12 years of leak free protection, and the house is finally warmer. I can feel the difference of before and after. Can't wait for the winter to come.

The original caulking around the windows and doors was worn. An estimate was provided and the cost did not change. It was reasonable for the work performed. The work was performed as scheduled.

They are extremely professional, use high quality caulking and cleaned everything up after they were finished. It was wonderful to also have all of our windows cleaned while they worked on each window which saved us money to hire someone else to clean all of them. I found Kanata caulking on Home Stars and I called them for a quote.
Jesus confirmed and he was very punctual and efficient and gave us a reasonable quote.
The work was done on July 28. The team came around 7:30 and started working right away.
I liked their business minded attitude and their efficiency. Everybody knew exactly what to do and proceeded to do it without any waste of time. Every single team member was very polite and respectful.
The work is very good quality and they left the entire place clean as they found it.
I strongly recommend Jesus and Kanata Caulking for their workmanship and punctuality and serious working ethic.
