Dekorum Windows & Doors

We are very happy with the work provided. We needed a door relocated for an upcoming kitchen renovation and were on a time limit. We were worried we wouldnt get a response for a smaller job but Dekorum connected with us quickly and were able to fit us in their schedule. They were prompt, professional and detail oriented. They cleaned up nicely afterwards and made sure to review their work with us before they left. Thank you! Highly recommend :)

TBA Plumbing is the most honest, friendly and convenient plumbing service that I have ever dealt with. Their professionalism and overall work was exceptional. I posted my request for an outdoor pipe repair/replacement and within two days of my request online, TBA Plumbing was at my house and repaired my outdoor pipe. They showed up exactly the time they said that they would. Josh did a great job and was courteous the entire time. I would definitely call them again for their services and highly recommend them to others. Thanks again for a great job!

Gena and his team were a pleasure to work with! Gena was excellent during the consultation providing a full range of options. The installation was fast and they cleaned up after themselves along the way.

We got all windows replaced and new one installed by Dekorum Home Improvement (Gena). Windows were made by Vinyl-Pro and they are good quality. Gena advised us for LOE 272 and that was very good for efficiency. After installation we find very good improvement for retaining the inside temperature of the house. He gave competitive quote, finished work in time. His installer Thomas is also a good professional. Gena responds whenever I approached.
I don't have good experience about customer service of Vinyl-Pro. I understand that company don't respond to customer directly but customer service is not up to the standard with industry peers. Life time Warranty certificate given by Dekorum is recognized by the company only Vinyl-Pro PO number is added on the warranty certificate.
I will definitely recommend Gena.

Dekorum did an amazing job with replacing my old windows. From the very first sales meeting till the last cleanup stage - they behaved extremely professionally, were always timely & super-responsive and frankly gave me the best value.
At the day of installation, they worked non-stop the whole day to replace all 12 windows and to cleanup after themselves.
I cannot recommend them enough, these guys know what they are doing. Gena, Tomas & Vadim - you guys rock.
