I came across Yevhen’s repair service through a Google search when our washer stopped working. I checked the reviews and reviewers, which helped my decision to contact him. Yevhen was very friendly and explained everything clearly about his repair process and his fees. He made an appointment to come to our home the next day. Yevhen arrived as scheduled and on opening up the washer easily identified the issue as a clogged drain pump and cleared the blockage. What impressed me more is how meticulous Yevhen was in checking for potential problems and also testing the washer afterwards to see if it worked properly! He is very professional with his work and interactions with clients. I’ll call Yevhen again for any future appliance repairs and highly recommend him!
