We decided to renovate our kitchen and install new IKEA kitchen cabinets

Aside from IKEA, we did not have any other installers to provide us with a quote so we went to Homestars to find some.

After evaluating the quotes and Homestars reviews, we chose Drakon Construction.

We contacted Oleg of Drakon Construction and arranged for and installation date. Oleg was very professional and pleasant to speak with as we worked out the installation details .

They advertised themselves as experienced IKEA installers and when they began the work, it was quickly evident that they knew what they were doing. They came to the site on time everyday, were very organized and very knowledgeable about the whole process.

They kept the area clean and halfway during installation we asked to make some changes which included uninstalling some cabinets and reinstalling them back with the changes. This was done and there was no extra charge.

The installation was started and finished within the time frame and budget that Oleg had specified. Oleg and his partner, Ihor, did a fabulous job. We are more than pleased, were thrilled with their first class quality workmanship.

Vitaly did an amazing job installing IKEA cabinets in the laundry and kitchen. His attention to detail is superb and he is a true professional. Worked with us to solve any issues that came up (as a result of our layout, not his work) and always came up with a way to move forward with the look we wanted. Would highly recommend him and Oleg.

Oleg, Dmytro, and the rest of the team were a pleasure to have around and we are thrilled with their work. From the floor tiling to the backsplash to the IKEA cabinets everything was installed to our satisfaction. They were also very accommodating when we had to add a new door into the project after the initial scope of work. Everything was done within the timeline (after having to wait for a countertop delivery at no fault of their's). Booked an Ikea kitchen install via their installer Traemand, and my project was fortunately assigned to Drakon Construction. Had extra general contractor work that needed to happen before the kitchen install, and Drakon kindly connected me with Decomax GC. The crews from Drakon and Decomax were pleasant, respectful, and extremely knowledgable. When the walls were opened up, we encountered a few oddball problems in my 100 year old city home, and this crew ensured we made the additional, required safety upgrades without it costing too much. The quality of the work completed was even beyond my expectations, the kitchen is now safe and up to code, but mostly it looks great. I highly recommend Drakon.

Oleg and the team at Drakon Construction put together our new kitchen with excellent craftsmanship while working quickly to stay on schedule throughout the whole project. They installed a new kitchen for us using IKEA materials customized to fit our space and it looks beautiful!

Oleg and and his crew did an exceptional job installing our new kitchen and redoing the floors.

They removed all the nails that squeaked in the existing subfloor before laying the new floor, and now everything is solid and quiet

Ihor was amazing to work with! He got my kitchen done even faster than he predicted! Everything was clean and he put plastic over other furniture while he was working. His work is meticulous and perfect! His design was awesome, and he was able to recommend things along the way based on what I was describing I wanted (backsplash tile, etc.). Highly recommend!

We were connected with Ihor and his team at Drakon Construction through our IKEA installations service. From the first phone call to the last few items of the full kitchen renovation - we had an amazing experience with Ihor and his team.

Our renovation started at the beginning of December and even with bad weather, and delays in deliveries from IKEA (due to stock shortage etc) - the Drakon team was always on time, always flexible and explained all the procedures and were super organized, super efficient, and overall just a GREAT GREAT experience. Our friends and family cannot believe how quickly everything was done, and how amazing everything looks now.

I look forward to hiring Drakon again - either for another Kitchen reno, or even other work. I highly recommend Ihor and his entire team! This is the kind of team I want to have working on my home without a doubt!

Ihor also made recommendations to the plan once we discovered we could accommodate additional storage etc and this made the renovation turn out really seamless. They had all the right trades at the right time and we didn't have to worry about finding someone at the last moment on our own - a great one stop shop experience!!

We were very pleased with Ihor and team. Drakon installed an ikea kitchen, along with flooring, plumbing, appliance, lighting, painting and more. Would definitely recommend! Always timely and courteous. Being a first time renovator, I did at times wish for more clarity in the plan, but Ihor always responded quickly to my many questions!
