House & Apartment Cleaning review in
Had a very bad experience, it started off with them changing the time for the clean the night before, then on the day tried to cancel and come another day. I had already rearranged my schedule for them to be here so I just asked for them to come and clean the major things, bathrooms, floors kitchen. 2 cleaners were here for 4 hrs, only cleaned my bathrooms and half of my kitchen, no vacuuming, dusting, washing floors etc... And what was cleaned wasn’t done very well. Sent pictures of what I wasn’t happy by with and tried to speak with the owner about my displeasure, and was met with indifference. I feel the way she handled my displeasure is almost worse then how bad the job was done. I feel very taken advantage of.
