Karl from Saco construction was amazing to work with, very professional, punctual and does great framing work. Was amazed at how fast him and his helper finished the basement. It took them 2 days and the job was very neat. He definitely has a lot of experience doing this gave me several options for layout and to make maximum use of the space I had. Would recommend him to anyone that needed his services. Thanks for your help once again Karl.

Framing of infill walls, strapping of existing 2x4 walls with 2x2 to create a 2x6 cavity, removed walls and installed flush mount beams, raised every door header, fixed previous issues from original builder. Karol is very professional, punctual and reliable. He and his team are very thoughtful, given we were still living in the house. Debris was removed from house without damage to our doors, new material brought inside in the same fashion and they worked clean and methodically. Tools put away each night and the site cleaned. The scope increased and Karol provided the cost and proceeded efficiently. I would highly recommend Saco Construction.

As a general contractor it is very difficult to find good sub trades that are reliable and provide quality work. Karol’s communication was always very responsive even when he was working on the job site for the day. The attention to detail regarding the design and quality was also on point.
