Great experience from the beginning to the end. You name the category; Saco was a 10. During the planning process Karol was very response and helpful as we refined our layout- we are doing a full basement reno. The framing was completed quickly and to a standard that exceeded expectations. We made minor changes during the job and Karols response was always no problem and included welcomed suggestions/advice. Before they left for the day the floors were sweep clean and organized. True professionals at a fair price. We would highly recommend these guys for any framing project.

Dealing with Saco was a breeze from start to finish. Best parts were openness and advice, showing up when promised and this was a very small job. They came recommended by a colleague of mine who had a much bigger job. I was not disappointed and would highly recommend and will use them again for a bigger job.

Karol was very accommodating. He was able to fit us into his busy schedule on a weekend as we needed the work done quickly. It was a small framing job in our crawl space. I have used their services a number of times in the past. We have a large dining room and decided to frame two areas 5 x 5 for a walk in pantry and a butler pantry to better use the space. They are clean and very efficient. Typically contractors can be very messy, these guys are very clean and ensure they leave your space in clean order before leaving. I would definitely use them again and again!

We hired Karol and his team to come remove a support wall and install a lvl beam. They provided clear explanations on the plan and pricing and provided outstanding quality service that was completed in a timely manner. After the job was done they did an excellent job cleaning up the place. Definitely Ill recommend

Some of his highlights were that started and completed on the agreed time, leaving the place cleaner than it was and the workmanship was on point. I contacted Karol after the framer I was going to use fell through. Karol was able to move his schedule around to come within 3 days and did an amazing job. He explained the work he was going to do, presented options, and worked through issues as they came up. He also left the jobsite cleaner than he found it and took all garbage away. I can't recommend Karol and Saco Construction enough if you're looking for a dependable framer that will go above and beyond to make sure your project is successful.

We highly recommend SACO for any framing needs. Karl was extremely organized, efficient, quick, precise, punctual, professional, transparent.
He completed our 9ft walkout basement framing in two days. He was upfront with all cost breakdowns, providing receipts for material costs. He organized the delivery of lumber and refund/pickup of excess materials. The workmanship was exceptional and the work area was left cleaner that it was found.
