We found Karol on HomeStars and called him because of his reviews. He assessed our project and gave us the right guidance to get things done. He recommended a great engineer to do the drawings and even helped identify a potential problem that our home inspector didnt highlight basement support posts that were moved too far, and with no footing. He quickly resolved that problem and located the original footing and installed a post in its original location. Hes an expert.
He was modest, polite, easy going and was never arrogant about knowing more than my wife or me. I 100% recommend hiring Karol for your project. At least call him for an assessment. Hes clean, fast and considerate of the people in the home. You wont be disappointed. I dont have photos, but he posted the Jon on his IG account. (He included my beautiful dog in one of the pics)

Karol did the framing and dricore subfloor for our basement renovation. We will be hiring him again for dryall and flooring when it's time. Really great quality work, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Super friendly. Took time to explain his work. Would highly recommend.

Karol has been by far the greatest contractor to come into my home. From the very first phone call to the time the job was complete, Karol was very professional. He showed up on time, gave us suggestions that didnt even cross our mind and helped us make our living space as open as possible. Karol was very quick to respond when i first reached out to him and it continued that way throughout the time we had saco in our home. All questions we had were answered with confidence and professionalism. Not once were we concerned about his work as he was very clear to us of what to expect. He cleaned up after himself at the end of everyday and the speed and quality of his work really suprised me. Every trade that had come in after saco complimented the quality of work and I was told by each trade that their jobs were all made easier because of how properly the framing had been done. He went above and beyond our expectations and we will definitely use him for any future use aswell as recommend saco to anyone who needs their framing complete. Always on time and provides the best quality. Cleans up after himself. I had karol install a 18ft beam and multiple interior walls. I will continue to use Karol for all my framing projects and highly recommend him to anyone!
