Got my sign installed last summer. There were a couple minor delays due to the rainy summer, but I couldn’t be more happy with the beautiful sign! Tanya always kept me updated. The address sign enhances the curb appeal of our home. It’s the final touch to the exterior of our house. I also got name signs done and they are excellent quality. Overall I am very happy with the products!

They did a great job with my street sign and they were a pleasure to work with!! I Would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a sign done!

Many of us have been waiting months for install.
Excuse after excuse.
Tanya the owner has no idea about how to run a businesss and has no idea about customer service.
She blames the installer. The installer blames her.

Stay away.

After being promised numerous dates for install the company has yet to come to my house. After getting frustrated with the lack of professionalism I was receiving I asked to pickup my sign. I have already paid $120.00 for the sign and have yet to be given a firm date and address for pickup. The company has blocked me on social media sites and told me I am not to contact them as it's "harassment" and they will call the police on me. I am only contacting them so much because I am trying to setup a time for pickup for a product I have been told is complete and has been paid for in full. They state the weather is the issue but I have been willing to drive to one of their two pickup locations at anytime and still have received nothing but rudeness. This a buyers beware warning. I am a hard working mother and have lost money and been put through large amounts of stress due to this company and their unprofessional manner.

We ordered a sign from Elite Sign Company back in September of this year. We paid in FULL upfront as per the companies request. We are now at the end of December and we have not received anything. We have made numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages. We would only receive false promises and excuses. The lastest excuse is that thier installers have the sign and I will have to wait until their installers deliver the sign. This was over a month ago and I have documentation to prove it.
Buyer beware. This is our experience with the company.
