Fix It Right Garage Doors

I've been in apartment management for over 30 years and worked with too many contractors to count. Shawn is punctual, experienced, well stocked with parts, and knowledgeable beyond this business. He replaced my broken garage door spring system in less than an hour with choreographed agility and the confidence of someone who has done this hundreds of times. Shawn checked all accessories for wear and tear. No extra parts or labor was needed. Honesty at a competitive price!

I initially contacted them through Homestars for an estimate. My garage door would not close between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm...hilarious to consider a garage door gone on strike, until you realize how much that affects your ability to come and go. Anyway, Zack called me the same day, and instead of charging me hundreds of dollars to come out to perform the simplest fix, he instructed me how to do it in the messages.

I thought this was amazing, since honesty and generosity frequently lack in businesses, so I will happily give fix it right garage doors my business in the future.

I got a problem opening the garage door when one of the cables (on the sides) snapped. I called Sahar on Friday and he showed up on Saturday afternoon. The problem was that the part holding cables became rusty and Sahar after inspection quickly identified it and found also some others. He replaced both cables and also brackets and some wheels. Even though the additional work had been done and more parts were used it did not cost me an arm and leg.
Work was done professionally and fast. And since then everything works just fine. I also got some tips about the right maintenance of the garage door.
