Fix It Right Garage Doors

I had an issue with my garage door and based on the reviews called these guys. Sahar said on the phone that they will provide an estimate for the job after coming to my place. The guy arrived in a couple of hours and after looking at the issue he said he can fix it for $300. I gave the go ahead and he got it working after 50 minutes. Though the garage door was working at that time, the very next day in the morning it broke again. I called Sahar again and he had a look and this time blamed it on the motor and said he will charge $450. I told him that a) he should have told me about the exact estimate before starting the job the previous night and I would obviously not have gone ahead with the job for $750 and b) he should refund me my $300 payment because the garage door is still broken. He refused to do that. I called another company who fixed the thing for $150 and it has been working fine for the past two weeks. Overall I had a very bad experience and would recommend that you look for a more professional company

Fix It Right Garage Doors just adjusted my electric garage door so that it wouldn't enable when the door was in motion. The technician arrived on time. The door is secure. He also adjusted the door so that it closed snug to the garage floor. No extra charge. All the work took 25 minutes to complete. It doesn't get better than this for service, quality and credibility.

I was surprised to get such excellent and immediate service. I certainly didn't expect them to come the same day. That part was great. Jack came on time, was pleasant and very efficient. My door was a wreck but he got right to work and took care of everything. Helped get my remote working, checked my key pad and lubricated the moving parts. Couldn't have worked out better. They have my business!

My service technician was Daniel, he showed up on time and was very thorough with my garage door. He was able to fix it at a reasonable price and made honest recommendations. I'm saving his info and will use his services in the future.

They are prompt and professional. I called them Friday and Avi was here within 30 minutes. He was clear and concise about the pricing and options because my doors are super old and the springs are no longer available. He told me the invoice would come later that night and it did indeed! He said he would come Monday morning around 10am to fix my garage doors, and he even sent a text confirming. They were on time and now I have 2 working garage doors! I would totally recommend them!

Great service!! The owner called us back promptly and arranged a repair service right away. About an 1 hr later, I got a call from John and he informed me he will be at my house in 10 mins. He showed up on time and started checking on the garage door to find out what the problem was. One of springs got broken and we decided to replace both springs. They offered better price for two. I believe both springs are more than 10 yrs old so, it's better to replace both. He was very nice and explained everything very professionally. We will definitely contact them again if we have any issues with our garage door in the future. Thank you Daniel!

Our garage door broke and didn't close. We called Fix it right garage doors, they came in about 30 minutes got the door to close, gave us the option to repair or buy a new one, we decided to buy because they gave us an excellent price saving us a lot of trouble and money. They came back the following day and installed the new one.

After an accident with my car vs the garage door. Our garage door was bending and not closing all the way and making a pretty awful noise when you tried. We called Fix It Right Garage Doors on a Friday at 6pm. Not sure who answered but they did and set up our appt for the next morning (Saturday). Jack called about 15 mins before he was there and was right on time. He looked at it for about 5 mins and told us what was wrong and how to fix it. Gave us the estimate and said he could do it either that night or Sunday morning depending on when he got the part. Because of scheduling he came back Sunday morning with the part and the garage was fixed within the hour. Very fair price and awesome service. I will always recommend this company!

Sahar just fixed our PIN pad and he was great! He called ahead of time letting me know he was on route. When he arrived he educated me about our carriage doors, hinges and maintenance. Our new pin pad was installed and programmed in minutes. I strongly recommend you call these guys. They are quick, reliable and get the job done.
