Caulking wiped off with first cleaning in tub area. Plastic film was not removed in tub surround before caulking.2 types of caulking used paintable and silicon on the same line, matt and shiny. Tub tap not fastened to walk an twisted off. Flooring rippled and was replaced. Paint splatters on new floor. Grouting and paint splatters on new tub. Painting was bumpy like a dirty roller was used. Used gloss paint in spots to touch up a matt wall. A $500 discount was given but we just wanted a job reflecting the quality of their website.

Part of the work we were hired to do was paint your bathrooms and after walking through the job after being painted, you pointed out dents in the walls. However, we were not asked to patch and sand the existing walls, but simply to paint. Following the disagreement in scope, we were unfairly dismissed from the project, leaving this job incomplete. Despite this, we still applied a discount for you to hire help to complete the project. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and would appreciate the opportunity to make it right.
