Adjust and pivot to unexpected issues (that always occur on any project) and tackle them with the customer head on? Listen to the customer? Provide daily project updates? Start the job and finish the job without doing other jobs at the same time dragging the project on?, provide the expertise required to do the job? Always answer the phone after hours (Naeem & Julio, we had many after hours and weekend talk updates so thank you) you were ALWAYS there to answer questions and came on site personally as required. Any project especially remediation is stressful but using Decon made the process truly perfect not to mention the crew going above and beyond the scope to ensure complete satisfaction and quality of work.
