Work performances average. Customer service not the best. Not exlance there is a consultan fee for government rebate when sell you news furnace .

Company Response: We fixed your furnace in 2 hrs .. even though technician had to drive one hr to get the parts.
Cost was discussed too.
We were not expecting this score but we ll try to improve .

Investigation why my fireplace fan is not working & cleaning of two fireplaces

I called the company Expert HVAC to ask if they could investigate my challenges. The service was prompt and the troubleshooting of my fan was investigated. A new control is required. The cleaning of the units was satisfactory. I have been advised the controller is ordered and would bee installed as soon as they receive it .

My air conditioner unit broke in the middle of the summer. I have contacted therm energy and they came in same day and they fixed the unit. I have no problem so far and working excellent. Good work guys.
