John and his colleague were able to come the next day after I called. He was polite and worked quickly and efficiently. True pro's! The repair was clearly explained and happy that the door is fixed! 2 year warranty is nice to have.

John and his team are extremely proficient. They arrived exactly at the time the appointment was scheduled for. The task at hand was rather complicated and the experience that John has, proved vital to diagnosing the issue. He was upfront about the work he performed and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. I highly recommend ONC for the professionalism and the knowledge they have including the reasonable cost that is quoted for the project.
