They were very efficient and had the system installed neatly and working in a very short time
One sensor was faulty and it was replaced promptly

They came right after the sale was signed at 8 in the evening which wasn’t very inconvient as we have two small kids we were trying to put to bed.

Left a small mess inside the closet where the keypad is located and left a hole inside the closet wall with a surface mount wire coming out of it.

Blake is a good person, persistent sales representative (but not pushy to sell you his product) and very knowledgeable with the alarm system. He will reply to your emails and phone calls right away and will always be happy giving you helpful information you need. There are other Security companies out there that offer less money for the product and services but one thing that separate Nox from them is the quality service. The equipment are really nice too and easy to operate.

Blake is always super helpful and accommodating. Super happy with the work he does and how patient and friendly he is.
