Our builder put on a double garage door with wooden exterior 12 years ago. We know now the door is good quality and heavy! However, the motor was not equipped to keep on moving the door and the rollers were cracked. 4 years ago, we needed new springs at 40 below when the garage door failed. A local private company came and repaired it thankfully but we know now, put springs on that were not capable to last with the heavy door.
So we are now replacing the hardware again!
When things fail especially in winter, it is necessary to have quality and quick service responses. Express Garage Doors did not disappoint even thought they are based out of Calgary. Ron is a master at what he does. He went over and above to replace and install a new heavy duty motor as well as all the door hardware and help to set it up wifi on our phones . We are not techy types so had a few issues after a power outage and he was willing to come back out in short order to help get things figured out. We have now been taught the steps in case wifi issues happen again, and are totally satisfied with the outcome. His response time is amazing! And we had no extra charges to drive out-a great warranty! Thank you!

I called Express garage door services last Sunday, because my garage door was not closing. One hook was broken, Technician came and he did not change any parts or anything . He did some temporary adjustment. He did 5 seconds job. He asked me $120, I told him it is too much for this work and he reduced into $100. I gave him cash without giving any receipt he left.

They came out and gave me an option to repair my old motor or to replace it with a new one. I opted to get the new one. It’s so much quieter than my old one I can’t believe it!

I called Express at 2:00 and I was told a technician would be over between 3 -5 the same day. Alexei was at my home just after 3:00 took the information needed had my new weather stripping in shortly after

We called Ron for a estimate and he was quick to come by and provide us a great rate and could do the work on the spot. He did a great job on the repair and went over all the work he did with us upon completion. We would definitely have him do more work if needed.

My door was very noisy and sometimes it would open back up on right before closing.
I called to service and the tech was at my place within couple hours.
Ron pointed out that my has garage shifted and the door rubbed against the frame, creating friction that prevented the machine from closing the door.
He had lubricated the door and adjusted the rails.
Now it's noise free and finally closes properly.

Express was very responsive to getting us a quote in a timely fashion. We set an install date and they were promt and on time. Excellent product and support.
