I called Express garage door services last Sunday, because my garage door was not closing. One hook was broken, Technician came and he did not change any parts or anything . He did some temporary adjustment. He did 5 seconds job. He asked me $120, I told him it is too much for this work and he reduced into $100. I gave him cash without giving any receipt he left.

We presented Ron with a very unusual and difficult garage door replacement. He took the time to analyze the situation and come up with a more than satisfactory solution. They came out and gave me an option to repair my old motor or to replace it with a new one. I opted to get the new one. It’s so much quieter than my old one I can’t believe it!

We called Ron for a estimate and he was quick to come by and provide us a great rate and could do the work on the spot. He did a great job on the repair and went over all the work he did with us upon completion. We would definitely have him do more work if needed.

My door was very noisy and sometimes it would open back up on right before closing.
I called to service and the tech was at my place within couple hours.
Ron pointed out that my has garage shifted and the door rubbed against the frame, creating friction that prevented the machine from closing the door.
He had lubricated the door and adjusted the rails.
Now it's noise free and finally closes properly.

Express was very responsive to getting us a quote in a timely fashion. We set an install date and they were promt and on time. Excellent product and support. I can only say positive comments about the whole experience and look forward to recommending Express to my Freind and family if they require there services.
