Friendly and efficient service

Green Products & Services review in Vancouver

Kevin did an amazing job in fixing our door lock. He replaced the broken door handle with a new one, as I requested. After a while the lock started jamming. I called him and explained the problem. He came over the same day to take a look. Then, he took initiative, consulted with GU, found a better matching trim for our existing lock and installed it. He did not charge anything extra, although the new lock's price was $200 higher. He also offered a one-year warranty for labour and material. Overall, I was very pleased with his work and I am happy to recommend him.

Kitchen drawer fix

I jammed a drawer with no way to fix it without removing several drawers (they don’t come out on their own, so it meant removing all the hardware for the slides). They did a great job and arrived right on time

Repair Hunter Douglas blinds and help hanging drapes

Jamie was onetime, prepared with the right tools, reassuring of being able to fix the blind in the timeframe I had. He went the extra mile by helping me hang new drapes and sourcing the missing screws which secured the rods. Very helpful! I could have spent all day looking for those....

Minor wall and floorboard repairs

Kevin was really nice and great to work with but unfortunately we feel that we were overcharged for the services we received. We only got some minor repairs done but we paid so much and there’s still work to be done at the end of the day. it would have been great if the price was adjusted to match the work done.

But If you do not feel we met the standards you expected to receive for the scope of work, we are more then happy to discuss a solution with you. The quote also stated for you to have all the furniture removed but we completed this free of charge. Once the work was finished you were given a discounted price from the original quote. Please expect to be contacted by a team member to discuss the issue.
