What great service from helping us pick out the perfect wood to match existing counter tops to assisting with picking out the right paint, Karen Doucette was awesome. She was very helpful along the way throughout the install right to the finishing. Was very satisfied with the wood which turned out perfect and the finishing of the baseboards despite some concerns from some earlier comments. Everything was done on time and exceeded expectations.
The installation of the wood was well done, but the finishing of the baseboards was not done well. When i mentioned this to our salesperson he informed me this is what i get for the price i paid. I wish i had known before i agreed to this part of the job.The communication/customer service I received from the salesman,
Greg, was minimal. I had to call at each step of the process to find out what was going on, what was expected of us to prep for the job. Customer service can make or break an experience and although I am happy with the floors, I have much work to do to 'finish' the job and Greg seems to be done with us. I would not use this company again.
I had two companies quote for my flooring project. Floors on Crowfoot was more expensive by several thousand dollars but I thought I would get the best service, and slightly liked the laminate option better, so I choose them. The installation of the floors was very good but the finishing was sloppy and took many trips to get it to an acceptable standard, but it certainly isn't great. The contractor they recommended to finish other projects was simply AWFUL! I'm not horribly disappointed, but I certainly do not recommend.
After looking at 3-4 carpet places we settled on Floors on Crowfoot because they are close to home and offered a free trip to Vegas. Pricing was in the mid-point of the group. Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, but didn't always have time for us. Installation was on time and well done. The free trip to Vegas is NOT free, and so restricted it's almost impossible to use, basically false advertising. Would probably use them again but please forget about the lousy free trip offers and just drop the prices 5-10% to be comparable to the stores in the Northeast.
They came in and removed the tile from throughout the house and took away all the waste material. Then they installed hardwood throughout the main floor, stairways and upstairs hallways.
We are just completing our basement reno and found Floors on Crowfoot to be very helpful and full of great recommendations from the beginning. Great service, products and advice from their staff of professionals!
