Naiben Enterprises was a pleasure to work with. They finished our project on time and stayed within budget. The level of skill used in building our project was outstanding. Ken is a great cummunicator and his knowledge of the building process is a definate assest to any homeowner. I would be happy to recommend this company and would use them again without question.

Ken took over from a bad situation and made things right. He’s great keeping you up to date and completely in the loop with progress. I trusted Ken with keys to my house and would do so again.

My husband and I needed more space for our growing family. We loved our neighbourhood and after looking at relocating decided to renovate our home instead of moving
At first we had considered expanding our existing foot print to add an extra room or two, but Ken from Naiben suggested we keep our existing foot print as is and just grow upwards. This solution had never crossed our mind as an option. Not only did this allow more space for our family, it also meant we were able to keep the usable square footage of our yard the same.
This project was not without it's challenges, as what we wanted to do was against the City bylaws. Ken was very knowledgeable in the process of dealing with the city and all their red tape. He spoke at the Board of Variance on our behalf and was able to convince them to see things our way, the project steamed ahead.
Our 1960 tired, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom rancher transformed into a two story, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, fully renovated home right before our eyes. We were so impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail that was used on our project. On more than 1 occasion the city inspectors had commented on the quality of work being done at our home and how we had made a good choice in selecting a builder.
The project started at the end of June and was completed by the second week in September. The addition from the old to new is seamless and if you didn't know a second story had been added as a renovation, you would never be able to tell it wasn't original.
I would recommend Naiben Enterprises to anyone, friends and family included. They offer nothing but top quality work and years of experience in renovating.

Newly built 3 office rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 reception area in our factory warehouse where we are manufacturing Temperature Control Materials for energy saving in buildings. The plan design for the office area was very good. The Naiben Enterprises has done very nice and efficient jobs. The workers were working hard and smart, suggested a lot of useful and cost effective ideas.
