TM3 performed a very challenging basement reno for us this year including replacing a load bearing wall with a steel beam. They were very good at ensuring a qualified engineer created the required drawings and consistently found ways to bring things back in to budget. They had great idea's of how we could add and subtract things to our plan to make it look good by spending our budget wisely. I highly recommend this team and would certainly use them again ourselves.
