Contact Panoramic Irrigation back in June and dealt with John. Installation was to occur right after in late June. They came dug up the front yard and left for weeks as they had more important jobs to handle then mine. Eventually, they came back in August to complete the job. They were paid and soon after, I noted that 3 of the sprinkler heads in the backyard were not coming on. Contacted John, who stated it was in my head and they should be working. John came by to check and confirmed they were not wired correctly and that was the reason they were not working. John was to come back and correct the issue however, after many calls and text messages John was not responding. I contacted the owner who advised, John was no longer working for the company and that he (the owner) was expecting my call. Long story short the owner apologized for what I had gone through and he would rectify the issue and would personally come out. Again I had to continue calling and emailing to see when they would come out. Finally the owner provided a date by email, advising when they would come out. I then received an email a few days prior of them coming out advising they could not make that date, and again they had more important jobs to rectify. Since September, I have been calling with no responses to my calls or emails, I did receive one response to an email with, "I haven't forgotten'', no date, rough time they may be able to come out or explanation. There has been no consideration on their part to communicate with me in order to rectify this issue.
This company is not reliable or stand by their work. The error I made was not to search companies under Better Business Bureau.
