They were great to work with and were very honest. They know condos really well and know how things work with rules, service elevators, etc. Would recommend them for any hardwood installation in a condo.

Faddy and his team did an excellent job, I would recommend them to anyone. The project included removal and replacement of the flooring on two floors and a railing on our 2nd floor. The team worked long and hard to complete the project within the promised dates.
Even early in the project Michelle and Faddy worked with their supplier to get the flooring material for less than we'd been quoted elsewhere.

One small area for improvement would be the finishing details on baseboard trim. Trim was ended at 90º, not cut at 45º and returned to the wall. It's not as clean as a return to the wall. Seams in long baseboard sections were butted at 90º, rather than mitered, which made filling and sanding more difficult. If I were to do it all over again, I would discuss this small detail with the team before the trim started going in.

The floors and the stairs look outstanding. My picture says it all. They also installed new wrought iron spindles. George made sure he finished the stairs to my liking re: the details on the nosing, spindle pattern and stain finish. Faddy consulted us on the plank floor layout to maximize the look of 7" and make the rooms look bigger. We took the length from front door to the back of the house through the kitchen. Our master bedroom has a horizontal plank layout. I confidently can say the value of my house has increased after having Faddy, George and their Team remove my former hardwood on the main floor, tile in the kitchen and carpet on the stairs and throughout upper floor. I had them install re-engineered 7" plank. They are reasonably priced and personable.
Wishlist post project: Everyone will say the same. You wish it happened within the timeline and less mess. We were one of their last three projects before end of year, so there was a balancing of time across the three of us before holidays.

We couldn't be happier with our new floors thanks to Faddy, Michelle, and the whole team at The Brothers Flooring. The team installed new hardwood in our kitchen, stairs and upstairs hallway and refinished the existing hardwood on the main floor. They were able to match the existing and new wood perfectly, and the transitions between the new and old flooring are perfect. They also made some repairs to the existing hardwood where changes to the ductwork had resulted in relocating some vents. You would never be able to tell where the old vents were located. The quality of work is excellent, but even better is the customer service and attention to detail. We had to coordinate the installation and refinishing of our floors with other renovations/contractors. Michelle did a great job of keeping us informed about scheduling and ensuring that everything went smoothly. And the team worked through the night so that we could get back into our house on schedule, which we greatly appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to hire Faddy and the team at The Brothers Flooring again. As the headline says, we are pleased as punch with their work!

Faddy and his team were amazing! We wanted the front entrance tiled and hard wood on the staircase. They were able to do everything that we wanted. They matched the stairs perfectly to our existing floors and also installed matching railings. As the work commenced, we loved our stairs so much that we decided to add the top floor hallway as well. They were quick and professional. Both Michelle and Faddy promptly returned all of our emails and phone calls. We plan on renovating our basement and we will definitely be working with them to get this project done.

The job was well done in less than one day with a minimum of disruption, which is important when working in a condo environment.

Faddy and team did an amazing job on the tile in our entry way. We have a 100 year old house so was tricky. The guys tiling did an extremely precise job . The communication was top notch and they met all their timelines . I would not hesitate to recommend - amazing job ! We love it !

Faddy and his crew replaced old hardwood floor in our house and they also put in new sub-floor. We are very happy with their work. They came on time, worked hard and got the job done within the time frame we were given. When one of the doors that they had to adjust did not close properly, they came back and fixed it so all works well.
