Hired Brothers Flooring after meeting and talking with multiple contractors. The quote was competitive, straightforward, and quick. Brothers flooring was able to fit my job in the timing I was looking for and that was really important for me as was the quality of work. They were able to source product for flooring as well in a timely manner.
What I did not realize at the beginning was how bad the condition of the existing stairs were but nothing deterred these guys, they always had a smile on the face and a solution at hand without much cost overruns. They worked long hours each day (8AM to 8PM) to finish the project on time.
All through the reno they kept me up to date on the progress, showed me stains prior to finalizing and explained the reno in detail. I felt very much in control of the process without getting overwhelmed.
We have already hired them for the next reno job that we could not fit in our original timeframe.
