Arctic Spas Burlington

After visiting many spa dealerships, we decided to go with Artic Spa. We liked the various seating positions with the Summit, as well as the salt water feature. We also loved knowing Artic Spa is Canadian made.

We just got the Cub from Arctic Spas. We are extremely happy with the purchase of the new hot tub. Visit the store after we checked out a couple other brands. With Chris, from the Burlington Store, we didn't feel pressured to buy a hot tub we didn't need. The great thing on these arctic spas you can upgrade the extras as you grow with the hot tub. Chris took his time and explained every detail to us, provided options to work with our budget. The delivery crew was great and on time. As well they showed us all the details on the new hot tub. Terry, who sold me the spa, was pleasant accommodating low pressure really nice man, gave me everything I wanted for a price that couldn't be beat and continued to follow up throughout. Linnea who actually scheduled the delivery and my driver's Chris and Jeremy did excellent job of keeping me up to date on the when and where. Chris and Jeremy came out to deliver and place the hot tub were Pleasant, efficient and Love Hot Dogs. After a pretty funny hiccup, all was well in the world and the Spa was ready to be jumped in that evening. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience.

I bought the original hot tub 4 years ago as a refurbished unit. It was a great way to see how much use it would get and what features were important to me.
When it was time to trade up, Chris was a great help in putting the package together that was the best value and the had thefeatures that I would use.
The installation was easy, I was up and running that day.
The new tub is so great with extra jets, the "Spa Boy" monitoring system and a better cover and lifter.
I am in every day and enjoying how easy it is to maintain.

The delivery team from Arctic Spas in Burlington was top notch. They arrived when they said they would, installed the hot tub seamlessly and had everything set up and running in quick order. They showed me all the features and how to use them and also went over the spa chemicals as well and answered all my questions.
