Cloudy Then Clear

Ryan was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, super honest in my familys needs and wants. We were so grateful to have had Ryan helping us and highly recommend him.

My huge front window had lost its seal and fogged over. Ryan came out and measured then was ready to replace it within a week or so (took a bit longer because of a special white insert between the panes that had to be ordered). Ryan was great to deal with and really knows his stuff, and his price was the best of the four quotes I got!
I helped him remove the old window and the new one was in place in under a half hour. Looks beautiful!
The only glitch was when my dog snuck out the window while we took the old pane to the truck.
Highly reccommended.

I cracked a 3'x5' rear-facing window installing a $50 blind, so I did not want to have to pay a fortune to get a new window. All the other installers wanted to charge me $1000+. I could not understand why.
Ryan quoted me $375 all-inclusive. I was so shocked I almost didn't want to believe but couldn't say No.
I had read some negative reviews from 2 other customers and almost cancelled. But then I met Ryan, and he waived his deposit when I shared what I had learned. He also explained some of the back-story and he followed up on my job, kept me informed, delivered a turnaround in a week (what he had said) showed up when he said and took just about 30 mins to install.
On top of which, I liked him. He is easy-going, upfront and no mess.
I kept an open mind, and I am glad I did. He made the job as easy I had hoped and I am left to wonder what the rest of the money would have gone to if I hired the other contractors.

Am really glad that I didn't check reviews first, but Ryan came and replaced 40+ windows here last week. (there are 4 still waiting as they are shaped) It seems like I'm dealing with a different Ryan than the others reviewers here, though, that's highly improbable.
I have no cracks, no chips, every window is siliconed in, and I have no air or water leaks (anymore)
House is noticeably brighter, warmer and less drafty. Probably a 3 degree difference before vs after in my daughters room on the windward side of the house.
Sorry for everyone else, but personally, I had an excellent experience with 95% being done professionally in under a week. If this changes as the last 4 get done I'll update this.
