Elegant Addresses

This company is an absolute joke. Im so happy that 0 stars is an option. Honestly Youre better off making your own sign using materials from around your house, because it will hold up better. They have TERRIBLE customer service and they refuse to come fix THEIR mistake. Our address sign is coming apart from the house and is completely crooked but they will not help and will not fix. We have a receipt proving we paid and they didnt work with us. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

If anyone is to read this: company offers very poor service. At the time of install the sign was not center, tech told my wife stand back and look at it. Still not center, he said to her don't worry. Parts of the sign were falling after 2 days, we called them and got no help so I ended up using some glue and made it the best we could. Very poor level of service I would NEVER refer this company to anyone.

Disappointed by the quality of this product, their installation practices and their customer service. Instead of correcting their defective product (sign is cracked and warped), they have chosen to ignore their "lifetime" warranty and in short, ignore us. After multiple missed installation appointments, this product was finally installed but was broken (or broke during installation). We were told that "it's supposed to be that way" and to not worry about it as it would look fine from the road.

We have reached out to the company via multiple platforms (text, phone, social media) and have been ignored, hung up on, blocked and had posts deleted.

I'd recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

I ordered numbers for two different house. Turn around was so quick and always got a response. Both houses look amazing and would recommend them to anyone.

I found Elegant Addresses on Kijiji and was a little skeptical since I had never seen their finished product or met any staff. Their service was quick, professional, and they showed great patience responding to my many emails! I chose a font not normally supplied by Elegant Addresses but they made it work, and showed me how it would look in a mock up. I installed the address myself, and the templates, drill bit, and caulking they provided made the job easy and were all good quality items. It was easy to do, and looks fabulous! I am so delighted!

Recently had our home address installation completed by Elegant Addresses. The experience was exceptional and very professional.

- looks great! And lots of fonts to choose from.
