Very polite men who did the job very quickly which was good for us so we had less delays in office work. Communication was a little difficult as they did not speak English at all. Also thought that they would prime the plastered areas and have it ready for us to paint ourselves for the amount of money charged, but I guess that got lost in initial translation.
Overall they completed the job in very good time and for the most part satisfactory.

Hi Sandy! It's true that the communication in this project was a bit lacking (and that's my problem as the secretary) to result in such misunderstanding. Since we promised that we would strive to make our customers satisfied, we can finish the missing work for you. I'm I the process of arranging for that.

(Update: The priming had been done by the time this review was created. As a member of the company I am deeply regretful that our service wasn't perfectly satisfying. I'm currently working on the aspects on which our group could improve on.)
