My fridge was leaking water which was freezing on the bottom. Allen diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly in the amount of time he specified. He answered any questions I had, esp because I wanted to know exactly what the problem was. He was friendly, communicative, got the job done.

Contractor took off the front of washer after determining that there was no problem with hose and hot/cold hook ups. Leak was inside, top bearing needs to be replaced.

I have an older model of a front loading washer. The gasket tore on the outside lip causing it to leak. I put a call out to homestars and Alen at Alpha Appliance repair gave me a good quote to replace the part. They responded quickly and I'm back to doing my laundry within a day! Pretty Happy with that.

Fridge not cooling late afternoon so I called. Alan came within the hour. Diagnosed the problem with the defrost control panel. Came back today with the part to install. Finished within a half hour. Polite, prompt and efficient. Kept me informed. Definitely would call again.
