Definitely would not recommend this company , They did a Kitchen reno and hallway floor /Staircase and it took them over a year and half to do and not completed, This job was to take 4 -6 weeks as told by the owners. Poor Quality and Poor workmanship , See some pictures below of tiled floor where grout has cracked. We were told by the project manager that this would be looked after and he kept giving us the run round for months, I than tried to contact Laddie and Garry and they have ignored all emails and texts , I am so disgusted with how they have treated us my (parents) in their 80"s with all of this , They should not be allowed to be
in Business and take advantage of 2 senior's . I went with them because of the good reviews I saw on homestars and the fact that they seemed like honest people , Boy were we wrong !!

We love our new custom kitchen! Removing the laundry room and relocating to the basement to open up the wall in the kitchen has allowed us to gain more custom cabinetry and a more efficient use of the space in our new kitchen. Removing the laundry room, required having a structural wall/post put in place in order to open up the space. In addition, Zumin helped us design and build our basement bathroom and new laundry room with all custom elements. We are extremely happy with the finished product. The Zumin Team was friendly and great to work with and helped keep our project on budget and completed in a timely manner. Thanks Zumin!

Garry and Laddie was with us from inital design to the final stage. They helped us with our vision of our dream home from a blank slate. From on site to their showroom they were with us so we were able to design and customize to our exact preference. We Were updated weekly with pictures and always keep in the loop

They were never pushy to upgrade but let us know what upgrades were needed for a good return on investment when we decided to sell. We couldn't of done it without them. .
