Max and his team finished our house renovation about 2 weeks ago. We are happy to find this construction company. They did a good job and Max is a nice guy to work with. We highly recommend him to everyone who is looking for a good construction company.

All tiles were cut on the machine, without chips, despite the fact that they are glossy. The craftsmen independently chose the grout exactly to match the tile. In the shower cabin, we made a slope towards the ladder, the water does not stagnate anywhere. Everything is very high quality.

These guys did wonders for our home renovation in young and steels area . They were very professional and punctual and loved their work ethic. We previously had lots of bad experience with contracts and this time we had to research allot and we are glad we did .

We reached out to the Milargro Construction Inc with a bit of a situation. While we have been thinking of renovating our main floor bathroom for a while (existing version is 26 years old), we weren't quite there yet. Recently we noticed a watermark on the ceiling from the bathroom above (also 26 years old). That created the situation mentioned.
Max was sent to meet with us on Thursday. Didn’t make sense to tear out the roof to fix the leak and then just patch it up. We discussed what we wanted to do renovation wise at the same time. Having added an HE furnace, the chimney was no longer needed which would add a bit of
space to a very small room.

A portion of the roof came down Tuesday morning and as Jerry started looking at what the problem was, the leak got much worse. Timing couldn’t have been better. He did the demo, disposed of garbage, and then got started on the real work. We moved the sink, put in a longer shower, and replaced all the ceramics. He had projected 2 weeks and was a day less than that. Pricing was as quoted.
We can’t say enough about Jerry. So thorough that he put up all the towel bars as well. Excellent workmanship and tremendous personality. We would recommend him in a moment.

We just finished building a beautiful custom home at 12 Oakbank road in Thornhill. we had issues with our first builder and were dealing with conservation and bylaws. It was very complicated. When Max took over the project he was dedicated and committed to getting the job done right. He did an exceptional job. He coordinated the right trades and ensured that the job was completed to perfection as planned. He’s also very creative, passionate about his work, easy to work with and has a lot of experience.
