I can not express how satisfied I was with the entire process. This was a new endeavor for me and I had no clue what to do but I had a vision of what I wanted and a budget. Sam was patient and listened and when some of my ideas were not fesible, he explained the why; which was very important to me, he didn't brush me off or my ignorance rather he took the time and talked to me, really talked to me not through me like other skilled trades people. He was extremely thorough and communicated daily always giving me progress reports and pictures, he kept my stress levels down. I truly respect Sam and his work is top quality; I know because I verified with other skilled professionals I knew just to be sure, again this was all new to me. Zetta takes the stress out of the project and delivers top quality. My project was huge, new kitchen,floors, stairs, railing, 2 bathrooms, paint, fireplace, lighting; nothing stayed the same. I loved the way we colaborated on ideas and some very last minute changes on my part. Sam is calm, quiet, diligent, extremely neat and clean and a perfectionist for which I am so grateful. He went above and beyond for me even installing my appliances. Through this process I met a highly skilled professional that I would consider to use again in a heartbeat and met a friend. I love my home and watching the faces of my friends and family when they visit (those that new the before) because Zetta transformed my livable space into a castle for a picky princess.
