Arben was working on another project on my street when I asked him for an estimate to redo our front porch. He was one of the few contractors who gave a reasonable estimate and was straight to he point and didn't bother with bells and whistles like the other contractors.
He is extremely punctual and was on time everyday and finished the project in less than 5 days. He always cleaned up after his work at the end of the day which was great since we share a driveway with our neighbour and didn't have to worry about a mess. He didn't come up with any surprise added costs and stayed on budget.
We were very impressed with his work and asked him to build us a new flower bed as well and that was an extra $600 but it all looks great. We bought a new mailbox, house numbers and a porch gate that he installed for us at no extra cost. The finishing on the porch is great and we had a lot of neighbours compliment the final project. Would definitely work with him for when we redo the back deck at some point too.
