I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike from Ancaster Hardwood and Laminate Inc. Mike is professional, friendly, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and dedicated to excellence. From the outset, he provided excellent communication, and patiently answered my extensive questions. His timeliness and organization made the entire process feel effortless. Mikes workmanship is impeccable, and his attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the project. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that the final result exceeded my expectations. My new hardwood floors are nothing short of immaculate, with the space left looking spotless and pristine. Ancaster Hardwood did an amazing job for us. They replaced the entire main floor of our house and select rooms on the second floor. They are professional, timely, do impeccable work, clean up is top notch and they know what they are talking about. Over 1 year later and my floors look like they did the day they were installed (no shifting, gaps or creeks). They will give you sound advice and not just tell you what you want to hear. I have referred them to three other people and all have turned out exceptional. They are not the first hardwood flooring company that I used, but they are the only one I use now.

Ancaster Hardwood and Laminate did exactly what they promised. They first did our hardwood on the main floor. The floors are gorgeous. I was impressed by their attention to detail and tidiness while laying the floors. They were easy to deal with and they were very professional.
The second time we used them they did laminate throughout the lower level. We were just as impressed, especially when we asked them to darken the stain on the stairs. The stairs were redone quickly and without any hassle.
