My wife and I worked with the Placing and Finishing Manager (Nick Domenichiello), to discuss our expectations and options for our concrete project. Together we laid out the plan, discussed colour and pattern for our solution.
Once the project kicked off, Nick took on the Project Manager role and coordinated the efforts required to execute the project. Executing this type of work is stressful to the home owner. Nick took ownership of the project, reducing the home owner stress by managing the work as well as other obstacles that had come up during the build. The one issue that we encountered, that was disappointing, within days of the pour we found two noticeable cracks. We have raised the issue with Nick and he assured us that we will have them addressed this upcoming fall. In addition, we have established a rapport with Nick for any future repairs as required.
My wife and I selected the Artevia product, in warmshade grey colour with a roman slate pattern and 12" curbing.
We are happy with the end result and look forward to a continued relationship with Artevia Placing Services.
