Maple Leaf Mold

Robert and his team from Maple Leaf were able to come in and remove the black mold in our attic on very little notice. They were professional in both their explanation of what needed to be completed, as well as the work itself. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing mold remediation.

He assessed our cold room and discussed a plan of action to remove the mold. He took me through the thorough process that his team used to make sure that the rest of our home was also protected during the removal process. The contractor discovered a lot of mold in the bathroom wall and did not want to address it. I sent an email to Robert late in the evening and he responded right away. He followed up with a phone call the next morning and at my home within an hour to assess the bathroom walls. He confirmed the presence of mold that needed immediate remediation. Robert came the next day, a holiday, with his worker. They very professional, efficient and conducted the remediation safely. The job was done in 1/2 a day! The basement tile tested positive for asbestos. MLMR remediated it and remove mold. It too was done quickly, safely & efficiently over 2 days. All done to code. I highly recommend Robert and his team of workers.
