We hired Lane from O'Brien Contracting Ltd to complete a Play House project for our back yard. Lane was professional throughout the project, listening to our ideas; taking everything into consideration before drafting up a plan. He was punctual and showed up everyday ready to work. He maintained constant communication throughout the project and always addressed any questions we had. He completed the project on time and we are thrilled with result. Lane made a safe playhouse for our girls that they will love for years to come.

all work completed as outlined on contract, workers the contractor contracted out were very professional and took pride in their work, as did the contractor himself.

I had my flooring throughout my condo replaced, as well as two bathrooms renovated. Lane has been there every step of the way, making sure I get top quality workmanship and products. It all started when we first met Lane to describe our Reno. We interviewed 3 General Contractors and Lane stood out from the group. He was the only GC that actually listened to us and followed up to do the work. He built us a beautiful "she-shed" in our back yard that we get impressive comments about from our guests. He co-ordinated many upgrades to our kitchen including changing to gas, new counter tops and electrical. Then he started on our basement suite. We wanted a high end suite for our daughter and grandsons. Many sub-contractors had to be scheduled including plumbing, electric, gas, flooring, tiling, drywall and painters. All did a great job. He is currently working on a solarium project for us. Which turns out to have a great deal of complex design work and city approvals. Not your normal solarium at all.

Lane listens and follows up better than any contractor we have every used. His work is top notch and he shows up on time and keeps you updated on progress. If you are considering a GC, do not hesitate to hire Lane and his team.

He made sure we were happy with the work, and worked hard to meet deadlines. He was also open to changes as the work progressed.

Lane and his team did a fantastic job on redoing our outdated master bathroom. Through a number of productive consultations, working with Lane's designer selecting materials and fittings everything came together quite nicely. Lane walked us through the process answered our questions promptly and addressed concerns or fixed issues in a timely fashion. I would definately recommend lane and should I need future work done he would be the first person I would call.
