Edward was incredibly knowledgeable about our dryer and showed me the issues as well as giving me tips to make sure our washer and dryer not only run efficiently but last! He even put on special inside shoes so not to track in dirt from the outside. Edward was extremely efficient, neat and tidy and really cleaned up his work area which was very much appreciated!
