Our 10 year old Kenmore dryer broke (no heat). Called Edward. He showed up a couple of hours later the same day. Fixed the dryer in about 30 mins (replaced heating element). He even cleaned out all the lint stuck at the bottom of the dryer, and spent time explaining how to properly clean and maintain both washer and dryer. Edward was amazing. Very professional, knowledgable, and also very personable and friendly. We even had a great conversation about family after he was done. I would absolutely call Edward back and recommend this company to others!
