My internet service was down due to tall trees preventing the dish hitting the satellite. Ultrafast owner, Rob Smith expedited service to relocate and I am up and running again which is great because my business relies on leads coming in over the internet. They sent a serviceman to tell me where to erect a post and converted my dish to the new location and upgraded me to a faster satellite.
