First off I have to say the way Yan and Michael run their business is top notch, from the initial consultation, to the design with sveltlana and the many check ins throughout the whole process. We are a young family with a newborn and every contractor that came in here was respectful and kind. I can honestly say they made this whole process comfortable and seamless every step of the way. Now a days customer service seems to always be put on the back burner and these guys make it a number one priority. They take pride in every piece of the project and their work is amazing. Our basement and our stairs turned out much better then we could have ever imagined. Michael, Yan, svetlana and crew thank you for being patient with our many request and changes and most importantly for treating us like family A+++++++
