Absolutely amazing service. Our steps were in very poor shape initially, and we had a few contractors come by to evaluate our steps. All of them quoted a minimum of $8000! When Babak dropped by, he was such a pleasure to talk to. He was honest about what he could fix and couldn’t fix, but over delivered on his results.

By the end of our job, he became family to us. Finding a good contractor is tough. Finding an honest contractor is also tough. Finding someone who is honest and extremely good at what he does, is very rare, and we consider ourselves blessed to have met such a wonderful contractor and an even better human being. His work is fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him more!

First off Babak was one of the first people to reply to my request. His estimate was well within the other contractor proposals. He is a very personable individual who is prompt , does excellent work, never leaves an untidy area and all quotes were honoured by him. Recommend him for other projects? Yes most definitely.

The work was done very accurately, on a short notice and very fast. Babak has guided us through the different types of materials and specifics of using them for flooring. He helped us to find the right solution in order to keep the floor levels the same and do not sacrifice the quality of the result. He went to the store with us and gave us a tour around different materials and other supplies that are needed/available. Doing renovation for the first time in Canada, that was very helpful information to make right decisions.
We are very happy with the result! Would definitely recommend Decodream to anyone doing home renovations!

The work included the demolition and reconstruction of the front porch complete with new composite floor decking and stairs, decorative columns and new aluminium railings. The quality of the work was excellent and completed on time on budget!
