Sully is the worst. He recommended and installed 2 furnaces I later learned fail 50% of the time. And they did. When one of the 2 required repair within the warranty period Sully was a repeated no show, providing no explanation as to why, and then dodging my calls and messages. I even offered to pick up the part and have it installed by someone else. Its now over 8 months with no resolution, requiring me to make other arrangements, at my own cost, for work that should be covered. Id give a rating lower than zero if I could. STAY AWAY

We've been having issues with our furnace for over year and went through many people who come over and push and few buttons and be on their way without really explaining the issues and giving feedback and advice to build on to avoid future damages. This changed with Sully. He came over and was very friendly and professional he clearly knew what he was talking about he fixed our furnace which had a burnt out motor very quickly and gave tips on how to maintain the motor such as replacing the filter regally as well as tune-ups.

Took my money and RAN! Mine was a simple fix, broken pin on the thermostat. Sully first suggested it was the solenoid then a new control board. NEITHER of which was the issue. I discovered myself that it was a bent pin on the thermostat, fixed it and was working. He put back my old control panel and all of a sudden my thermostat (which was working) didn't work (it appears he didn't connect the thermostat). Forcing me to purchase something I didn't need. Not only that he gave me a 'new' thermostat which was defective. He also didn't re-connect the Humidifier.

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY.

Our furnace stopped on the weekend following Christmas. We called Adams Heating and Cooling. They responded quickly and put in a temporary fix so we got heat right away. With the use of a camera we could see a problem with the heat exchanger. We had the furnace replaced two days later. We were not charged for the new part put on the old furnace which we used for two days until the replacement furnace was installed.
We were very happy that we had called Adams Heating and Cooling.

Sully came to inspect our ailing 30 year old main level furnace and quickly diagnosed a faulty gas valve. He also used his high tech camera to inspect the the manifolds. He informed me of what he was looking for and why. Sully found cracks in the furnace manifold which cannot be repaired and then gave me some options for replacement. Sully provided a quote to replace two 30 year old furnaces and two 16 year old hot water tanks which I believe was fair and competetive. A few days later Sully's HVAC installer Travis arrived to install the new equipment. Travis was neat and tidy and had all the equipment insatalled and running within two days. Early the next week the Calgary City Inspector arrived to inspect and pass the installation without question. I believe Adams Heating and Cooling to be an honest and fair company that perform good quality work at a fair price!! Recomended.

Refreshing to find good, honest companies with owners who take pride in their work and care about good service for their customers. Was advised by another company that inducer and blower motors need replacing on my furnace. Called Adams Heating and Cooling and spoke with owner who came to do service call personally and after inspection advised inducer motor not in need of replacement and blower motor had signs of minor oil leak but not in need replacement at this time but in future. He found incorrect igniter that had been previously installed in furnace and replaced it with correct factory igniter, and did a complete furnace tune up. Very grateful for his honesty and quality of service and knowledge. Highly recommend!!!

It was Sunday evening in February, and it was -32 degrees outside. I found Sally's company on Kijiji, and called him. He promised service, and delivered, at a great price! My children slept warm that night! Great service, great professional attitude, great price!

My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night so the following day I called several businesses to get my furnace repaired. All of the companies I called required that I set up an appointment for later in the week. When I called Adam's Heating & Cooling, I talked with Sully Duska who arrived at my house within a few hours. Because the weather was very cool, Sully understood the importance of a good working furnace to his clients. Once here, Sully found the problem with my furnace immediately and had it fixed in a very short time. I would encourage anyone to make Adam's Heating & Cooling their first call. Great Service

Not often do you see such technical expertise combined with superior customer service! I called Sully from a referral in the business who was much too busy to come out on the first cold day in Calgary. Suffice it to say that I hit the jackpot. After working 16 hours straight, Sully arrived at my house early Saturday morning to quickly and effectively diagnose and fix the heating problem. The commitment to his trade and very reasonable pricing is unheard of. Sully will be arranging my furnace tune up next week as well. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

Adams heating and cooling did an excellent job explaining my options sizing for my home.They showed up when they said they would preformed quality workmanship and the best pricing.The fellows stayed till they had completed the install properly and we and them self’s were satisfied.PS they left our home cleaner than it was when they started
