Bad! Poor Quality! Not reliable! Never on time!
Javier was nice and smiling - but it was a disaster project. I wish I never hired him - he has ruined my porch and front steps!
See the photos for yourself - garbage all over the place, awfully and unevenly laid stones, chipped stone pieces, amateur and not paying attention at all to details.
Always asking for money upfront.
If you're unfortunate to hire this Amigo - NEVER pay him nothing upfront!!!!
He ran away in the middle of his job and never came back!
