Scanspec Inc. Provided an overall home inspection, to help us find out what needed to be fixed, in order for us to maintain our home.

We were planning some renovations to our home and thought a home inspection should done, as the house was 30 yrs old and we hadn't had one done in years. Had it not been for ScanSpec we would have not known our furnace had a cracked burner and was potentially dangerous.

They also provided guidance and recommendations of areas we should plan on fixing or upgrading to increase the life of our property. If you are a homeowner, get an inspection. You never know what you might need replacing, updating or quality of a contractors work.

Taylor was very thorough with his inspection. When pointing out things that needed repair or did not conform to the Ontario building code, he offered solutions and suggestions for quick, inexpensive fixes. With a several years experience as a contractor, Taylor's knowledge and expertise made me feel confident with my decision to move forward with my home purchase.
