Our old torque-master garage door spring broke and Roman came to fix it. Rather than having to replace everything (as another vendor suggested) Roman was able to immediately replace just the spring. Afterwards it required a bit of tweaking and he came back to get it working 100% smoothly (even upgraded 2 roller bearings for free afterwards). Would absolutely recommend.
