I was desperate to find some knowledgeable professionals to fix all my 3 garage doors with different problems. Two different contractors came before to install new sprockets , etc and simply screwed up - it got broken shortly. I got a phone number from craigslist and was hesitating. But Roman is really great and so technical - made some time to come the same day, fixed all existed problems , installed the new sprockets, completed the full maintenance - chain oil and sprockets grease change, and many other which I did not even suspect but Roman immediately identified. The price was super good for me!

Called the owner of the business where the phone was answered and was able to look at the garage door within 24 hours. Came by the next day and replaced the motor with one of the best garage door motor on the market at a reasonable installation price. And once the work was completed he took that time to explain how to program the unit.

We had a major bottom garage-door weather-stripping issue andI wanted a fall check-up on both of our garage doors. Our old torque-master garage door spring broke and Roman came to fix it. Rather than having to replace everything (as another vendor suggested) Roman was able to immediately replace just the spring. Afterwards it required a bit of tweaking and he came back to get it working 100% smoothly (even upgraded 2 roller bearings for free afterwards). Would absolutely recommend.
