From our first meeting with Karla sales manager to the finished project we knew we were in good hands. Karla recommended Teri, who designed an outstanding plan. Karla was amazing throughout this project . Karla guided us through the selection of patio stones, stairs and decorative rocks. She was on site answering any questions or concerns. The project manager and crew worked hard long hours ensuring every detail was just right. Everyone was polite and friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day. The finished renovation exceeded our expectations . Our yard was turned into a paradise..

We hired The Gardener to do interlocking project for our backyard patio and the house entrance. The moment we contacted the office and until the project completed, we never left alone with our questions, doubts and complaints. The crew (Eric and his team) worked every single minute of the working hours in professionally polite way, no fool language, always clean and uniformed. The cost is reasonable. We had no regrets whatsoever that we used the Gardener. We would like to express our special thanks to Karla (our designer) and Bohdan (project manager). We strongly recommend this company!

I engaged Jim and his team from The Gardener Burlington to construct a new fence down the long length of my property.

The property line had previously been overgrown with diseased trees which I had had removed earlier in the season.

My concerns were the tree roots in the area and whether it would even be possible to dig post holes.

Jim provides careful consulting over the area and made recommendations about how to tackle the project in a (A) best case scenario and a (B) worst case scenario. Thankfully Jim had the machinery and the staff to be able to get 4foot post holes completed.

The fence design (photos below) were EXACTLY as I requested.

The installation team were professional, kind and left the property clean and as they found it except for the new fence they left behind!

Our experience with the Gardener was nothing but amazing from start to finish.  After receiving a few quotes we decided to go with The Gardener for our backyard project which involved re-grading and re-sodding, replacing a stone patio, planting new trees and building a large raised garden box.

We worked closely with Karla throughout planning and during the project and it's impossible to overstate how helpful and engaged she was with us.  She single handily made the entire process easy and enjoyable.

The work was started exactly on time and finished slightly ahead of schedule.  It's clear that the entire crew took pride in their work as the result shows an incredible attention to detail.  We were also impressed with how clean they left the site at the end of each workday.  As with most projects there was some unforeseen hiccups encountered but it was always easy to communicate with the team and agree on a solution that worked well for us.  In the end we're extremely happy with our new backyard.

Jim Edmonds and his crew did a great job landscaping our yard and putting in a deck for us after we had the pool put in. His guys paid attention to detail and left the site tidy at the end of the day. Jim helped us to complete our backyard paradise and we have been enjoying it ever since.

What a transformation in a backyard!! A beautiful new fence and deck installed to perfection. Brodie, who works for Jim was meticulous in his work. We are more than thrilled with the work.

A new transformer was required for the lights while the steps needed to be re-set as they had lifted over time. Jim and the guys who worked with him were excellent. They quickly determined the problem which had to be corrected. This was corrected quickly and with great care. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the work.

Got quotes from several contractors.... The Gardener was more detailed in initial quote and more responsive in supporting us in helping to create our plan. They also have a store front which gave us more confidence than others who supplied quotes. They were the right choice !
Great support in design phase and several visits to our place with a tape measure and catalogs. Received several revisions of our plan until we decided on our needs. Top notch work....looked like a hard job with lots of demolition and digging... work was first rate. "The Gardener Team" did an excellent job and built a great patio exactly to our wishes.
