These guys were completely professional. They went above and beyond exceptional service.
They turned up on time, checked the fan and decided they could fix it for less than installing the new one they brought. They went to the store and bought WD 40 to fix the fan then left us the can.
We highly recommend them and will call again for any other jobs we may need.

Donald has innovative and creative ideas for our master bathroom. Instead of using tiles, he did with cement and has an industrial theme.

Donald and his team are a hidden gem in the industry, they are professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Donald listened to my concerns and provided recommendations on answering them in the most cost efficient way. He had only 4 weeks to complete my home renovation, the timing was super tight and they worked from 9am to 10pm almost everyday to rush it out for me. Having said that, his charge was reasonable and fair, and their craftsmanship is absolutely the best. I cant recommend Donald and his team enough, they will never fail you.

Donald from lofty was great. He was all hands on from measurement to assisting on design and selecting the right material for me. I always had difficulty when it comes to deciding but he was great and we love our new kitchen and bathroom. This was a great experience and I will definitely use them again.
