I had hired Seal It Property Services to provide asphalt maintenance for my store parking lot and roadways, as the surface was getting quite discolored and the parking lines were faded completely. Alex and team did an outstanding job. The crew had thoroughly cleaned the surface before blacktopping the entire lot and repainting the parking lines. My single car garage has the asphalt driveway in front sank about 4". Alex with his crew cut out (using a concrete saw) an area 10'x7' asphalt in front of the garage; regraded with sand and compacted; added hot asphalt and compacted with plate compactor, so that the new asphalt is level with the garage floor. They also sealed some bad cracks on the driveway. The whole job took about 4 to 5 hours in the morning. I am satisfied with the outcome since it solved the problem of water collecting in front of the garage (in winter time, it was like a skating ring) and also now I have a smooth transition from the driveway to the garage. I will definitely hire Alex again if I have jobs that is within his scope of expertise. Thanks Alex.

I found Alex wonderful to work with. He was very good at explaining all aspects of the job during the quote and provided great detail on driveway care going forward. I had driveway cracks repaired and the driveway sealed. Alex even left me with extra crack filler if needed in the future. He kept his appointments and called if he was running late.
